- Experience: 15+ years of multi-discipline experience in schematic design and PS&E, with at least 10 years of managing projects from conception to completion.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, business development, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
