Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Trainer to join our Behavioral Health Services Department. As an Operations Trainer, you will serve as a temporary fill-in for various Behavioral Health Services programs in any region, as needed and assigned. This is a statewide position with preferred locations in Bismarck, Minot, Williston, or Dickinson. Frequent travel throughout the state of North Dakota is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train staff in the operations of Behavioral Health Services' programs
  • Assist with daily operations of all related programs in the regions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve program goals and objectives
