Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse to join our team at the Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Greenville. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting, focusing on delivering exceptional care and promoting a positive patient experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families in a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams, working collaboratively to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Current Mississippi Registered Nurse Licensure
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
