We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Architect to lead our Wealth Management Americas Technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the architecture strategy and leading teams of solution, data, and enterprise architects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small central Enterprise Architecture team, working in partnership with architects federated across the WMA Technology delivery organizations.
  • In partnership with the delivery organizations, define multi-year architecture interim states and roadmaps covering business capability build-out, modernization, and simplification.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years working as an architect, preferably within the finance sector.
  • Experience of on-prem and cloud technologies, RDBMSs, Java, and other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience in functional programming is desirable.
  • Strong track record in solution and enterprise architecture disciplines at a large scale.
  • Strong experience of domain driven design.
  • Development and/or technical infrastructure experience.
  • Successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
