About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team at Setco Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for assisting and developing design solutions on multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design solutions for various projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project requirements
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design solutions are implemented correctly
- Manage and maintain design documentation and records
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of professional experience in architectural design
- Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Autocad, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and REVIT
- Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality experience
