As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality products, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the daily activities of a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of production goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, shipping, quality, and engineering, to ensure effective daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and maintain accurate records and reports of production and waste.
- Identify and mitigate risks, promoting a proactive approach to safety and quality.
- Perform SAP transactions and review manufacturing batch records.
- Participate in Gemba walks, process improvement teams, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or operations management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a cGMP environment.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising a team of manufacturing associates.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
- Green Belt training or certification.
- Lean training or certification.
