Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at El Campo Memorial Hospital. As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide individualized care to patients and their families, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Monitor and Assess Patient Status: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and responses to treatment, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, and to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and activities to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Maintain Competence and Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in critical care nursing, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year of experience in nursing (Preferred)
- License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred), RN (Preferred)
