Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience through attentive and knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area, ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, using standard recipes and portion control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service, including knowledge of various alcoholic beverages.
  • Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, and manage inventory.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife, handle glassware and bottles, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.
  • Ability to remember and recite menu items, as well as adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
