Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Lincotek Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities of the Manufacturing Department in preparing programs for the machining cells.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality standards are met by analyzing drawings, sketches, and design data of parts to facilitate the processing of machining.
  • Participate in preproduction meetings to develop manufacturing processes and maintain the process developed.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including tooling lists, set-up sketches, and process drawings, to aid machinists in set-up, prove out, and completion of parts.
  • Design fixturing necessary to the machining of parts and communicate with the Manufacturing Engineer on issues found during programming.
  • Support manufacturing and quality as necessary, providing information required to machine and inspect parts.
  • Work with the Manufacturing Manager and operator to ensure a quick setup and prove out of programs.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and assist lower-level associates as needed.

Requirements
  • Associate degree or Trade School CNC Machining Certificate preferred; or at least seven years of machining experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts to practical situations.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing both Background and Drug Pre-Employment Screenings.
