Job Title: CNC Programmer

At Lincotek Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain CNC programs to regulate the movement of machine tools.
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineer to develop manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze drawings, sketches, and design data to facilitate the processing of parts.
  • Design and maintain documentation, including tooling lists, set-up sketches, and process drawings.
  • Communicate effectively with the Manufacturing Engineer and other team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth production.
  • Support manufacturing and quality teams as needed, providing information required to machine and inspect parts.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or Trade School CNC Machining Certificate preferred; or at least seven years machining experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations.
  • Experience using CAD/CAM software, preferably Esprit, MasterCam, and Solidworks.
