We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist - Infusion Specialist to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our infusion center, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing sterile medications, ensuring accurate and quality pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and dispense sterile medications for infusion therapy
- Verify and assist physicians with medication selection and dosage calculations
- Maintain accurate dispensing records and patient records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
- Successful completion of training in sterile preparation and aseptic technique
- Washington Pharmacist License
- 1 year of pharmacy experience
