About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to provide formal and informal evaluations of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseloads. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement individual treatment plans and ongoing treatment programs addressing specific goals with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide formal and informal evaluations of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseloads
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans and ongoing treatment programs addressing specific goals with measurable outcomes
  • Schedule clients to meet requirements of education plan
  • Maintain written documentation of all evaluations, Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals, PT treatment plans, progress notes and communication with doctors and families in a professional, compliant, and timely manner
  • Participate actively, cooperatively, and constructively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Licensure as a registered physical therapist by the Massachusetts Department of Health
  • A minimum of one (1) year related experience; familiarity with a pediatric population preferred
  • Valid CPR and First Aid
