- Morning Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Position Overview: The Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting licensed nursing staff in delivering quality care to residents. Under the supervision of a nurse, the aide will perform medically-oriented tasks aimed at maintaining health and facilitating treatment within the comfort of the resident's home.
Qualifications:
- Must fulfill and uphold state certification requirements for home health aides.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in long-term care settings is advantageous.
- Completion of an orientation program will be provided to ensure competency.
- Ability to work independently while managing a busy workload effectively.
- Familiarity with resident care plans and state regulations governing home care.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

Community Engagement:
- Assist in marketing initiatives as directed by management.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize community events and activities.
- Provide tours and information to prospective residents and their families.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community members.
- Distribute updated promotional materials to highlight our services.
- Ensure effective communication with all visitors and residents.
Resident Care:
- Report any concerns regarding vulnerable adults to the appropriate supervisor.
- Engage with residents to discuss their care preferences and needs.
- Document grievances and communicate them to the management team.
- Uphold resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Operational Duties:
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure optimal health and safety.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Document care provided and any significant observations accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.
