Position Overview:
As a Route Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Area Manager by providing leadership and guidance to the team. Your responsibilities will include training new employees and offering route relief by operating our signature yellow truck to deliver and promote over 350 varieties of frozen food products.

Key Responsibilities:
Your safety is our priority. You will receive training to lead and implement safe practices while servicing customers and operating the company vehicle. This includes compliance with traffic laws, safe operating procedures, company policies, and Department of Transportation regulations.
You will primarily be responsible for providing route relief coverage and support.
Your role will involve training new Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) and assisting in their development across various topics, including safety, sales techniques, and customer service.
Additionally, you will provide on-the-job training and coaching through ride-alongs with RSRs on their routes.
You will also assist the manager with administrative tasks and depot training as required.
As a leader, you will work alongside a team of motivated individuals who share similar values.
Be prepared to work in diverse weather conditions while serving our customers.
Occasionally, you may need to assist with warehouse activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
Enjoy most weekends off while working a consistent schedule from mid-morning to mid-evening (averaging 10 hours per day). Some overnight travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must meet Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including a valid driver's license and medical certification. A CDL license is not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A safety-first mindset while delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with technology.
