Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a School-Based Speech Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children in a school setting, preferably in a Speech-Language Pathology role.
