Job Description

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing a team of front office agents, and ensuring that all guest interactions are positive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of front office agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Coordinate guest services, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of hotel activities.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all guest interactions are positive.
  • Handle any escalated guest issues, ensuring that complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
