Job Description

  • Manage personnel, including interviewing, training, and evaluating staff members.
  • Coordinate workflow and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor and approve time-off requests and control overtime.
  • Evaluate performance and prepare annual performance evaluations.
  • Maintain economical and efficient department operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in a health-related field or business administration.
  • Four to six years of medical office management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
