Job Title: Building Maintenance Person

Ziegler CAT is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Person to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and lighting repairs and replacements.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Assist higher-level maintenance personnel with complex repairs and projects.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering and stocking supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance tasks, including lawn care and snow removal.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, with 1-2 years of HVAC experience.
  • Boiler's License required or willingness to obtain.
  • Refrigeration license strongly preferred.
  • General knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive long distances.
