Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As a Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic services on a weekend coverage basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures using state-of-the-art GE Logiq E9 equipment and GE S8 portables
  • Conduct patient assessments and ensure optimal diagnostic results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Utilize strong experience in Ultrasound to bring the best in care and caring
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • Prior experience as a Ultrasound Technologist in a hospital environment
  • Experience with GE equipment
  • RDMS (Abdomen) and RVT or RVS in Vascular Technology
Preferred Criteria
  • Strong experience in Ultrasound
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
