Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Chapman Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and walk-in refrigerators.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
