About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. This includes assisting with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates, as well as escalating complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.

In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental terminology and practices, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • 1 year of healthcare administrative experience or related field
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and practices
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
