The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oral health and excellent patient care skills. This role is responsible for assisting dentists in providing top-notch patient care, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
In addition to providing direct patient care, the Dental Health Specialist will also be responsible for taking and processing x-rays, recording patient information, and providing ongoing preventative oral care through patient education and treatment reinforcement.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $62,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities- Assist dentists with patient exams and procedures
- Take and process x-rays
- Record patient information and evaluation results
- Provide ongoing preventative oral care through patient education and treatment reinforcement
- Oklahoma Dental Hygiene license (Required)
- Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or other dental software experience a plus
