Key Responsibilities
- Resident Care
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans
- Communication and Collaboration

- Administrative Tasks
