About the Job:

As a Respiratory Therapist with OneHeart Medical Staffing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a healthcare setting. This includes performing various aspects and modalities of respiratory care, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects and modalities of respiratory care to patients per department guidelines.
Respond to resuscitation situations and other respiratory emergencies when needed.
Maintain and complete appropriate documentation in patients' charts and departmental records.

Requirements:

BCLS certification by the American Heart Association.
Understanding of medical terminology and current respiratory care modalities.
Ability to react calmly and maintain composure in stressful situations and when dealing with co-workers, patients, and hospital guests.
Knowledge of the psychosocial and physiological development and spiritual needs of infants, children, adolescents, and all adult age groups.
Ability to communicate orally, have manual dexterity to operate and assemble equipment, visual acuity, and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
