About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Branch Manager to join our team in Cascadia. As a key member of our National Branch Network, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of bankers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of bankers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of banking or financial services experience, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with coaching and developing team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of banking or financial services experience, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and sales.
  • Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
