The SAP Solution Architect will oversee and guide the continual maturity and investment within SAP deployments. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the SAP roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and define requirements for new and existing SAP solutions, designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions that meet business requirements, and providing inputs to SAP-related projects to ensure they are aligned with overall objectives and best practices.

Key Skills and Experience:
Strong knowledge of HCM processes and business integrations with other areas, 15 years of experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Applications with a focus on HR/HCM and SF modules, experience implementing SAP HCM functionality, understanding SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll rules and schemas, and experience managing integration designing HCM and Payroll integrations.

Requirements:
Deep understanding and knowledge of HXM FIORI apps, experience on integration of SuccessFactors with S4/HANA modules, experience with Agile methodologies and techniques, business process analysis and redesign experience, and systems implementation skills.
