Citrix Consultant

Location:

Position Summary:
The Citrix Consultant will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing significant Information Technology initiatives. This role may involve managing various smaller projects or contributing to a major project.

The consultant will oversee specific phases of IT work within a larger project or manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously. The tasks will encompass a range of complex features, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the specialty area and related fields. The consultant will work independently on most assignments, guided by instructions and timelines, while seeking technical advice on intricate issues and managerial approval for project plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Provisioning solutions.
  • Develop innovative strategies to address challenges encountered in projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders within and outside the IT organization.
  • Demonstrate sufficient professional experience to ensure competence as a fully qualified IT professional.
  • Possibly lead, coordinate, or supervise the work of other team members.
  • Regularly interact with peers in business units and IT personnel.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in technical support and Citrix solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to devise new approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Interview Process:
The selection process will include an initial phone interview, with the option for a Skype interview, followed by a technical interview as the final step.
