As a Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our facilities, with a focus on quality, cost, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Respond to equipment failures in a timely and effective manner, minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain a parts inventory system to ensure that necessary materials are available when needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and 4+ years of maintenance supervisory experience, or Associate Degree/2 Year Technical Certificate in a directly relevant discipline and 2-4 years of maintenance supervisor experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to plan and organize, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
