About the Role
\Ambulance Shift Lieutenant is a vital position within Atrium Health's EMS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading crews on ambulances, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation to maintain efficient department operations.
\Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, managing supply distribution, and completing required data reports. Each lieutenant may also develop specific areas of expertise, such as quality assurance or training.
\To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in EMS and hold a Paramedic Certificate or Degree from an accredited program.
\Estimated salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
