Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, managing merchandise, and executing operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, ensuring a positive store experience for all customers.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures, maintaining a secure store environment.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, contributing to business growth.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff, maintaining a professional image and conduct.
  • Support company decisions, adapting to changing needs and schedules.


Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong knowledge of product, promotions, and special events to communicate to customers.
