Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a social science or equivalent experience serving marginalized communities.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Experience with evidence-based practices such as harm reduction, motivational interviewing, critical time intervention, and Housing First principles.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a residential setting, with mobility within buildings and about the property, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain.
