Radiology Imaging Specialist

Job Summary
Orlando Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and related tasks to demonstrate anatomy and physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI.
- Position patients, equipment, and associated devices to achieve high-quality images.
- Assess diagnostic images for technical quality, proper annotation, and patient identification.
- Apply principles of radiation safety to minimize exposure to patients, self, and others.
- Administer medical aid as required in cases of adverse reactions to contrast medication and/or other emergencies.
Requirements
- Graduated or graduating from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure by the State of Florida.
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
