Job Summary

Orlando Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and related tasks to demonstrate anatomy and physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI.
  • Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services and maintain a demeanor that is complimentary to quality care.
  • Deliver appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures.
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations applicable to each modality.
  • Adhere to Orlando Health's mission statements and commitment to excellence standards.
  • Assess the patient's physical condition and age-specific needs.
  • Provide instructions that achieve patient cooperation and desired results.
  • Perform proper patient identification, acquire patient clinical history, and assure that the information is accurately documented.
Requirements
  • Graduated or graduating from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure by the State of Florida.
  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Location Summary: Orlando Regional Medical Center Rad Diagnostics Department brings you the highest level of diagnostic capabilities. Orlando Health Radiology department actively contributes to the well-being of the local community through various initiatives and programs.

Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday; 7:00am to 7:30pm. Successful candidates joining our team will be eligible for outstanding benefits, including a 403(B) match for full and part-time employees, retirement savings plan, paid time off plan, education assistance programs, and more.
