Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and high-quality manufacturing of solid dose products.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for operating compression and capsulation machinery, including quality monitoring.
- Maintain accurate production records and collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team.
- Assist fellow production staff as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and cGMP standards.
- Safely operate compression and capsulation machinery.
- Conduct quality checks on products every 15 minutes or as directed, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Adapt to evolving company policies, manufacturing processes, and formulation changes.
- Document production activities accurately in log books.
- Promptly report any mechanical or procedural issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Non-supervisory position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six years of relevant work experience.
- No specific certifications or licenses necessary.
- Basic math and reading skills are essential.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to perform essential duties effectively with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.
Machines Operated:
Includes all equipment related to Compression and Encapsulation processes.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves various physical activities, including:
- Repetitive motions

- Visual acuity
Environmental Conditions:
The position requires the use of specialized equipment in a shared office environment and a production area with:
- Exposure to food ingredients, including allergens in powder form.
- Moving mechanical parts, vibrations, and potential electrical hazards.
- Moderate and often constant noise levels.
- Protective equipment such as gloves, hearing protection, masks, and cGMP attire may be necessary in certain situations.
