We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Advocacy, Press and Crisis Communication Department at our headquarters in Munich. As a Student Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, research, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, meetings, and conferences
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project development and implementation
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at a recognized institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
