  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Follow established bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide accurate and efficient service.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible environment.
  • Develop knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits, and effectively suggestively upsell products to guests.
  • Pour drinks responsibly, adhering to company standards for serving size.
  • Verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages by checking guest IDs.
  • Communicate a cut-off to guests as required, and respond to customer requests and concerns in a professional manner.
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations, and contact management or security as needed.
  • Request additional product or restock as required, and maintain accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary work station, and maintain bar equipment in good condition.
Additional Duties
  • Set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required.
  • Assist with organization of the cooler.
Qualifications
  • At least six months of bartending experience.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
