Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the Obstetrics Floor at Bozeman Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote health and safety, and systematically enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to peers and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • STABLE certification within two years of hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification within six months of hire, with recertification every two years.
  • Competence in and willingness to practice modified primary nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a busy and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
