Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team as an End of Life Care Specialist. This role will involve providing compassionate and professional care to patients throughout Bozeman, MT.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal quality of life.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on their rights and responsibilities as hospice patients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Experience as an RN in acute-care, home health, community health, or hospice settings preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of automobile insurance and current CPR certification.
