Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ceramic Technics Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Coordinate projects from quote to delivery
  • Collaborate with sales team and management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enter and update customer contact information in database
  • Generate and provide quotes to customers
  • Coordinate with import and transportation teams on delivery options
  • Notate project details for reference and review
  • Enter and maintain sales orders
  • Confirm sales order details with customers
  • Provide lead times and delivery information
  • Utilize on-hand inventory efficiently
  • Coordinate with purchasing team on special order materials
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customers
  • Apply relevant information of national specification programs
  • Review and update open order reports

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking in a high-pressure environment
  • Time management skills
  • Construction industry knowledge and/or distribution experience preferred
  • Sales support experience preferred
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • SAP Business One skills preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on a computer and telephone
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
