Position Summary
The Sound Production Specialist collaborates with the Global Worship & Production Director to foster an uplifting, engaging, and distraction-free atmosphere where individuals can encounter the divine presence at Faith Church through the spiritual and musical guidance of staff, volunteers, and others.
This role primarily involves creative and innovative work that requires originality and talent in a recognized artistic field.

- Assist the Global Worship & Production Director with project execution across campuses.
- Contribute to major audio projects and departmental objectives.
- Manage and oversee all audio equipment and systems at the assigned campus, including various locations as needed.
- Collaborate with the Global Worship & Production Director and audio team to develop operational procedures.
- Propose improvements and best practices through appropriate channels.
- Build strong relationships with the audio team and key leaders to add value across all areas.
- Lead the audio Dream Team, focusing on recruitment, training, scheduling, and leadership development.
- Create a leadership development system to train potential Dream Team leaders.
- Travel to campuses as needed for meetings, services, and training.
- Be prepared for a demanding workload during peak ministry times, including evenings and weekends.
- Be available for emergency work outside of regular hours when necessary.
- Exhibit excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness, resolving needs independently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office and advanced audio equipment.
Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily sedentary, involving desk work and computer use. During events, the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and remain stationary for extended periods is required.
Work Schedule:
The expected weekly schedule is 40-45 hours, with occasional evening or weekend commitments for events.
Travel Requirements:
Local travel between campuses and occasional overnight trips may be necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Advanced experience in applied theory.
- Minimum of 1 year in church ministry.
- High school diploma required.
- Audio certification.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree.
