Job Summary:
The U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Export Packer to join our international tier-one supplier of high-speed chain drive systems to the automotive industry. As an Export Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the packaging process for the exporting of manufactured parts is executed with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging and Shipping: Create and prepare packaging (boxes, etc.) for shipping, including marking boxes for tracking information and placing labels or identifying information for proper logistics.
- Magnetic Sorting Machine Operations: Load and unload parts into the magnetic sorting machine, troubleshoot feeder bowl issues, and complete routine PMs and necessary paperwork associated with the sorting machine.
- Quality Assurance: Provide samples to QA as needed and maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, adhering to standard safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Language Skills: Ability to read and write English
- Experience: 2-5 years of manufacturing experience highly desired
