About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Charles River Insourcing SolutionsSM in Alamogordo, NM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of skilled tasks to maintain and repair physical plant and expansion projects, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, heating/air-conditioning, plumbing, painting, mechanical, and floor/wall coating installation.
  • Conduct scheduled inspections and repairs on all facilities systems.
  • Participate in snow removal and ice remediation activities as needed.
  • Assist in moving office contents within the site, including furniture and files.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
  • Four to five years' experience in general building maintenance with mechanical and construction background.
  • Journeyman knowledge of construction and a good working knowledge of building trades.
