Quotation Specialist

Vaco is seeking a skilled Quotation Specialist to join our team in the Lighting Manufacturing industry. This role is located in Chatsworth, CA, and will be fully in-office.

• Process new quote requests from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Provide quotations for custom or modified products, working closely with sales, customer support, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of quotes.
• Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to manage quote requests and track customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Over 3 years of experience in quotation and sales support roles.
• Proven track record of success in the Manufacturing industry, preferably in Lighting Manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
