About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Genesys AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of various technology platforms to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation to support project planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the deployment of new technologies and ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions within budget.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Possess a deep understanding of Genesys AWS Nice and Service Cloud Voice technologies.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the Utilities domain with a focus on technology solutions.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and architecture design.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Hold relevant certifications in Genesys AWS or other related technologies.
Benefits

  • The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
