Business Analyst II Role Summary

Elevance Health is seeking a skilled Business Analyst II to join our team. As a Business Analyst II, you will be responsible for translating business needs into requirements and analyzing business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Determine specific business requirements to address specific business needs.
  • Translate business needs into requirements.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills strongly preferred.
