We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all staff and residents
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs
