We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by implementing and enforcing infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs.
