Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structures Fabrication Specialist to join our team at SEGULA Technologies. As a key member of our engineering and design services team, you will be responsible for fabricating and modifying structural components on aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to strict quality and safety standards in the fabrication and modification of aircraft structures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex structural issues on aircraft.
  • Remove and install aircraft components as required.
  • Fabricate and modify structural components on aircraft parts.
  • Perform minor structural repairs on composite components.
  • Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures.
  • Assist with complex structural repairs on or off aircraft.
  • Document work performed per relevant manuals and regulations.
  • Operate ground support equipment as required.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair and modification or equivalent experience.
  • Sheet metal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling.
  • Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Certification or A & P Certificate or Repairman Certificate (Commercial Only).
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal form.
  • Basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
  • Ability to work unscheduled overtime and in seasonal/inclement weather.
  • Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable).
  • Basic PC skills.
