Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
