Job Summary

Air General Incorporated is seeking a skilled Travel Services Greeter to provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers at our George Bush Intercontinental Airport location in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for passengers, ensuring seamless check-in and ticketing processes, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to passengers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to check in clients, rebook itineraries, and issue boarding passes
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, providing clear and concise information about their trips and belongings
  • Collaborate with the internal Coordinator team to ensure accurate processing of passenger information and timely flight departures
  • Listen to passenger concerns and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Work with the Baggage Service Office to track baggage locations and address passenger inquiries
Requirements
  • Must pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks
  • Must pass a drug test
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must obtain a valid airport I.D. badge
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, and occasionally on weekends and holidays
